Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scheduling for all candidates
• Manage timely, thoughtful communication with candidates to ensure a world-class experience
• Prepare interviewers with relevant materials, context, and rubrics
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Ashby)
• Track and report on pipeline health, bottlenecks, and operational risks
• Partner with hiring managers to identify top-of-funnel sources for unique technical and scientific roles
• Support the twice-annual Residency selection process and candidate logistics
• Provide backup support for office management and people operations tasks

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or a highly organized role
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling and logistics across multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and adapt to shifting priorities
• Strong project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in early-stage or highly cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with scientific, engineering, or technical recruiting
• Strong research skills for identifying talent in nontraditional places
• Experience with ATS systems such as Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, or Rippling
• Experience in environments where candidate experience is a core strategic priority
