About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Recruiting Coordination team
- Set performance standards and manage capacity planning
- Serve as the final escalation point for candidate experience
- Oversee day-to-day logistics for high-volume hiring pipelines
- Partner with Recruiting Partners, People Ops, IT, and Facilities
- Track team metrics including scheduling speed and interview panel health
- Own onboarding and training for new Recruiting Coordinators
- Execute recruiting workflows to maintain data integrity
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination or high-volume scheduling
- Proven track record of mentoring or leading a team of coordinators
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools
- Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and executives
- High attention to detail and ability to coach teams on process gaps
Preferred Qualifications
- Mastery of Greenhouse and GoodTime
- Experience managing recruiting coordinators during hyper-growth phases
- Familiarity with global or multi-timezone coordination
