About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Recruiting Coordination team
  • Set performance standards and manage capacity planning
  • Serve as the final escalation point for candidate experience
  • Oversee day-to-day logistics for high-volume hiring pipelines
  • Partner with Recruiting Partners, People Ops, IT, and Facilities
  • Track team metrics including scheduling speed and interview panel health
  • Own onboarding and training for new Recruiting Coordinators
  • Execute recruiting workflows to maintain data integrity

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination or high-volume scheduling
  • Proven track record of mentoring or leading a team of coordinators
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and executives
  • High attention to detail and ability to coach teams on process gaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mastery of Greenhouse and GoodTime
  • Experience managing recruiting coordinators during hyper-growth phases
  • Familiarity with global or multi-timezone coordination
