About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview appointments between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
- Publish job advertisements across various platforms
- Support candidates throughout the entire recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Review and process candidate travel expenses
- Create new job openings within the applicant management system
- Assist with the organization and implementation of recruiting projects
- Prepare presentations and various data overviews
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a similar field
- Very good command of both German and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive data with responsibility and discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial experience in Recruiting or HR (e.g., through academic focus, working student roles, or previous internships)
