Recruiting Coordination Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination efforts for early career hiring programs
• Maintain systems for tracking weekly Recruiter Progress Reports to ensure data integrity
• Manage tracking systems for the implementation of interview improvement plans
• Distribute candidate experience surveys to gather feedback on the hiring process
• Collaborate with the team to develop and utilize visualization tools for data analysis
• Conduct audits on job posting processes, including descriptions, interview stages, and permissions
• Support the Recruiting Coordination Team Lead with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)
• Proven experience with project management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong professional communication skills via Gmail and Slack
• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status required due to export regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or GSuite (Google Sheets, Docs)
• Previous experience with interview scheduling
• Experience building data visualization dashboards
