About the role
Responsibilities
- Win new clients via telephone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and direct contact
- Qualify leads and convert opportunities into mandates
- Proactively source passive candidates through the PowerUs pool and other channels
- Conduct screenings and qualification interviews to assess motivation and fit
- Prepare and present candidate profiles, including CVs and summaries, to clients
- Coordinate interviews and manage the process through to contract signature
- Manage processes independently within the CRM and build scalable business processes
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a 360° Headhunter, Recruiting Consultant, or Personnel Consultant on the agency side
- Proven experience in active direct candidate sourcing
- Demonstrable experience in new client acquisition and mandate winning
- Telephone-first mentality
- Strong closing skills for both candidates and clients
- Very good German and good English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in trades, industry, blue-collar, or comparable target groups
- Routine use of CRM or ATS systems
