Recruiting & Client Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, onboard, and assign top talent to open positions
• Maintain an exclusive pipeline of local candidates
• Partner with local businesses to understand hiring needs and fill job orders
• Conduct on-site safety tours for clients
• Make strategic outbound calls and marketing contacts to identify new business opportunities
• Guide job seekers through the hiring process with professionalism and consistent communication

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, inside sales, or fast-paced customer service
• Strong communication skills with comfort in making outbound phone calls
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with a service-driven attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
