Recruiting Advisor

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sourcing, candidate evaluation, and recruitment processes to meet hiring goals within a specific sub-region.
• Manage staffing operations, including time-to-fill, cost per hire, diversity targets, and candidate satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage applicant availability, and organize interview logistics such as travel and workspace.
• Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify talent requirements, job specifications, and necessary candidate skills.
• Perform thorough pre-screening of candidates and provide qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and strategies to recommend process improvements and increase efficiency.
• Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of work experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Workday.
• Strong data analysis skills to track and report on recruiting metrics.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
• Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification.
