Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar (technical/commercial) and blue-collar (foremen/skilled labor) positions.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and industry networks.
• Draft job postings, clarify position requirements, and propose search strategies.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
• Utilize aptitude assessment tools and collaborate with departments on candidate selection.
• Ensure all hiring activities comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Coordinate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for visa processing and labor documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on open positions and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of recruitment experience specifically within the UAE construction sector.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.
• High affinity for social media and IT tools.
• Ability to work independently and meticulously within a team environment.
