Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategies
• Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative techniques
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate experience and technical qualifications
• Guide candidates through the interview process and manage communication
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within the ATS
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, research, and recruiting efficiency
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for marketing, digital marketing, creative, product, or technology roles
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace
• Strong experience leveraging AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable "Figure It Out" mentality
