Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Attend career job fairs, recruiting open houses, and community events to attract candidates
• Review recruitment policies to ensure effective selection techniques and programs
• Establish operational hiring metrics to measure process efficiency
• Ensure compliance with recruiting laws, including background checks and document collection
• Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate travel logistics, and assessments
• Conduct research and compile reports with findings and recommendations
• Devise sourcing plans via internal/external databases and referrals
• Develop and conduct training sessions on recruiting practices
• Supervise the Recruiting Services team and provide direction through ongoing feedback
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including posting vacancies, resourcing, and shortlisting

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience
• Arabic language fluency
