About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including posting vacancies, resourcing, shortlisting, and assessing candidates.
- Supervise the Recruiting Services team, providing direction and feedback to ensure high service standards.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and robust procedures to ensure consistent results.
- Source candidates through various channels including internal/external databases and referrals.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate travel logistics, and interview assessments.
- Conduct background checks, reference requests, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and screening functions.
- Establish and monitor operational hiring metrics to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attend career fairs, recruiting open houses, and community events to proactively attract talent.
- Conduct research and compile reports with findings and recommendations for recruitment improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 2 to 3 years of professional recruitment experience.
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
