Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical, commercial, product, operations, and data science disciplines
- Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to conduct intake meetings and align on candidate profiles
- Coach interview panels on structured interview techniques and Greenhouse utilization
- Partner with offshore recruiters to facilitate hiring in India
- Direct coordination and scheduling efforts of matrixed People team partners
- Maintain meticulous data hygiene and tracking within the ATS
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record of filling niche and hard-to-fill roles
- High EQ and exceptional communication skills
- Strong TA operations acumen and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and hold stakeholders accountable
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience filling roles in health tech, life science, data science, or provider services
- Experience in a startup or rapid-growth environment
- Deep expertise in Greenhouse optimization
- Experience collaborating with offshore recruiting teams
