Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end selection process including screening, interviews, offers, and negotiations
• Build a candidate pipeline to fill vacancies and proposal needs
• Manage external recruiting agencies to assist with sourcing
• Leverage current trends in active sourcing and recruiting to add value
• Engage in projects to improve recruitment processes and drive ATS functionality
• Manage regional recruitment reporting

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes
• Experience in internal or agency recruitment within the construction sector
• Experience working within a global company
• Experience recruiting for roles in the construction industry preferred
• Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong stakeholder management skills
