About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for applicable requisitions
- Partner with hiring managers to provide consistent and clear communication
- Source and build strong candidate pipelines
- Screen candidates for technical capabilities and soft skills
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Extend and issue job offers
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Assist with administrative functions including interview scheduling and job postings
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proven track record of consistent successful candidate placements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
