About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for applicable requisitions
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide consistent and clear communication
  • Source and build strong candidate pipelines
  • Screen candidates for technical capabilities and soft skills
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Extend and issue job offers
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Assist with administrative functions including interview scheduling and job postings

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Proven track record of consistent successful candidate placements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
