Responsibilities

• Attract and hire qualified 1099 Representatives, owning the candidate experience from first touch through offer
• Partner with program teams to define and refine ideal candidate personas
• Craft eye-catching, on-brand job postings and A/B test messaging and channels
• Experiment with unconventional sourcing strategies to find non-traditional talent
• Conduct video and large-group interviews to assess skills and aptitudes
• Build strong relationships with internal management teams to understand program needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of related recruiting experience
• Creative approach to sourcing and employer branding
• Strong copywriting instincts for compelling messaging
• Ability to conduct various video interview formats, including large groups
• Excellent proactive communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Slack, or Jira
