Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner with Nashville hiring managers to understand headcount needs and align on hiring strategies for the Music City Loop project.
• Source diverse talent for engineering, operations, skilled trades (electricians, welders, mechanics), and administrative roles.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Identify and implement solutions to streamline recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire.
• Build relationships with local stakeholders, trade schools, and diverse talent networks to enhance candidate pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP regulations and support diversity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, specifically focusing on engineering, operations, or skilled trades.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for infrastructure, construction, or transportation projects.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action planning.
• Expertise in non-traditional sourcing methods and local industry partnerships.
• Strong ability to identify top-tier technical and trade talent.
• Knowledge of the Nashville talent market.
