Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand headcount needs, refine job requisitions, and align on hiring strategies.
• Source skilled talent using innovative strategies, including LinkedIn, industry networks, trade schools, and vocational programs.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, coordinating onsite tours, and offer negotiations.
• Identify recruitment challenges and propose actionable solutions to streamline hiring processes.
• Train hiring managers on best practices for recruiting and interviewing candidates.
• Organize and execute recruitment events such as job fairs and facility tours.
• Build relationships with diverse talent networks, trade unions, and industry associations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on construction, manufacturing, or skilled trade roles.
• Proven track record as an in-house or agency recruiter in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for production roles in advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, or startup environments.
• Expertise in non-traditional sourcing methods and apprenticeship program partnerships.
• Strong ability to distinguish top-tier talent in production fields.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with Director and VP-level leaders.
