Recruiter Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute recruiting processes from sourcing to successful placement
• Identify and attract talent through modern sourcing methods and active sourcing
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create targeted job advertisements and recruiting strategies
• Utilize social networks, talent pools, and other channels to identify suitable candidates
• Conduct and support selection and interview processes through to final hiring decisions
• Advise hiring managers and HR business partners on market trends and talent availability
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire application process
• Participate in projects to continuously improve recruiting methods and processes

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in end-to-end or 360° recruiting, preferably in an international environment
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting processes and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience conducting structured interviews
• Strong communication and advisory skills for working with executives and departments
• Proficiency with digital media, Microsoft Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Very good written and spoken German and English
