About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to execute recruitment strategies for skilled trades roles
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Build talent pipelines using job boards, networking, and referral programs
  • Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track candidates and manage requisitions
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through transparent communication
  • Provide regular metrics reporting to recruitment leads
  • Use ADP systems for recruitment and onboarding workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments
  • Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for Skilled Trades positions
  • Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Oracle
  • Hands-on experience using ADP
  • Ability to work onsite in Simpsonville

Preferred Qualifications

  • Creative sourcing skills for hard-to-fill roles
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition metrics and data-informed practices
  • Experience recruiting for geographically distributed teams
