About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to execute recruitment strategies for skilled trades roles
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Build talent pipelines using job boards, networking, and referral programs
- Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track candidates and manage requisitions
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through transparent communication
- Provide regular metrics reporting to recruitment leads
- Use ADP systems for recruitment and onboarding workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments
- Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for Skilled Trades positions
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Oracle
- Hands-on experience using ADP
- Ability to work onsite in Simpsonville
Preferred Qualifications
- Creative sourcing skills for hard-to-fill roles
- Knowledge of talent acquisition metrics and data-informed practices
- Experience recruiting for geographically distributed teams
