Recruiter - Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and implement sourcing strategies.
• Develop innovative sourcing pipelines by partnering with universities, technical schools, and attending career events.
• Utilize social media to promote the BIC employer brand and engage with potential candidates.
• Monitor recruitment costs and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Implement local onboarding programs and explore market best practices for staffing.
• Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to align on organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in recruiting, specifically with mass recruitment in a corporate or agency setting.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR information systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
