About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Build top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound sourcing and creative outreach
  • Optimize recruiting channels such as job boards and sourcing tools
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
  • Drive process improvements using data, metrics, and recruiting technology
  • Act as a brand ambassador to drive candidate interest

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Strong communication and influence skills
  • Detail-oriented with high organizational standards
  • Data-driven and comfortable using recruiting tools and analytics
  • Self-starter mindset with ability to operate with minimal oversight
