About the role
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Build top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound sourcing and creative outreach
- Optimize recruiting channels such as job boards and sourcing tools
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- Drive process improvements using data, metrics, and recruiting technology
- Act as a brand ambassador to drive candidate interest
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Detail-oriented with high organizational standards
- Data-driven and comfortable using recruiting tools and analytics
- Self-starter mindset with ability to operate with minimal oversight
