Responsibilities

• Act as the primary talent partner for the technology team across engineering, product, program/project management, and design
• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations leadership to identify talent needs and craft strategic hiring plans
• Partner with hiring managers to drive the full-lifecycle interview process from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Leverage and improve recruiting channels, including employee referrals and sourcing tools
• Deliver on diversity recruiting strategy and goals
• Foster a data-driven recruiting approach using analytics for decision support
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience to ensure a streamlined process
• Approach Talent Acquisition best practices using AI

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Technical recruiting experience required
• Proven experience working with technical leadership
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience incorporating AI tools into recruiting processes
