Responsibilities
- Act as the primary talent partner for the technology team across engineering, product, program/project management, and design
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations leadership to identify talent needs and craft strategic hiring plans
- Partner with hiring managers to drive the full-lifecycle interview process from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Leverage and improve recruiting channels, including employee referrals and sourcing tools
- Deliver on diversity recruiting strategy and goals
- Foster a data-driven recruiting approach using analytics for decision support
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience to ensure a streamlined process
- Approach Talent Acquisition best practices using AI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Technical recruiting experience required
- Proven experience working with technical leadership
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience incorporating AI tools into recruiting processes
