About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for various corporate roles based on evolving business needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand priorities and provide recruitment guidance
- Source, attract, interview, and assess candidates using a structured, high-quality approach
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
- Contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding
- Use recruitment data and market insights to support hiring decisions
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher with strong communication skills
- Good understanding of the Cyprus labour market, local hiring practices, and employment legislation
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Proactive, well-organized, and solution-oriented mindset
