Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for various corporate roles based on evolving business needs
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand priorities and provide recruitment guidance
• Source, attract, interview, and assess candidates using a structured, high-quality approach
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
• Contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding
• Use recruitment data and market insights to support hiring decisions

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher with strong communication skills
• Good understanding of the Cyprus labour market, local hiring practices, and employment legislation
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Proactive, well-organized, and solution-oriented mindset
