Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Implement the entire standard recruiting process, from identifying personnel needs to preboarding, with a focus on skilled workers and employees
• Select appropriate search strategies and utilize innovative recruiting approaches to attract specialists
• Provide close consultation and support to hiring units throughout the entire recruitment cycle
• Manage pre-employment screening, employee referral programs, and internal transfers
• Actively shape a positive candidate experience across all touchpoints
• Build and maintain talent pools within the Avature ATS to support future workforce planning
• Monitor and report on central recruiting KPIs
• Support the implementation of target-group-oriented employer branding and personnel marketing measures

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, ideally within a corporate or international environment
• Successfully completed university degree (ideally with an HR focus) or comparable professional training
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently, structurally, and with a high degree of responsibility
• Strong intercultural communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake occasional business travel within Germany
