Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers
• Partner with teams on writing job descriptions, sourcing, and closing candidates
• Work with internal clients to ensure quality hires
• Create and maintain a high volume of active and in-process candidates
• Develop creative talent attraction strategies
• Ensure candidates have a positive interview experience from screening through negotiation
• Assess and streamline the interview process

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-house or agency full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and team-oriented environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
