Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle including intake, sourcing, screening, and closing offers
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and design structured interview processes
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach
• Manage candidate pipelines with high communication standards and timely feedback
• Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse and track recruiting metrics
• Represent RZR at local hiring events and contribute to employer branding
• Identify and resolve friction points in the recruiting process

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or startups
• Proven track record sourcing across engineering, analytics, and operations
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean search
• Strong English communication skills
• Deep knowledge of the Philippine talent market and local compensation benchmarks
• Ability to manage 10 to 15 open requisitions simultaneously
