Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting cycle including intake, sourcing, screening, and closing offers
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and design structured interview processes
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach
- Manage candidate pipelines with high communication standards and timely feedback
- Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse and track recruiting metrics
- Represent RZR at local hiring events and contribute to employer branding
- Identify and resolve friction points in the recruiting process
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or startups
- Proven track record sourcing across engineering, analytics, and operations
- Hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean search
- Strong English communication skills
- Deep knowledge of the Philippine talent market and local compensation benchmarks
- Ability to manage 10 to 15 open requisitions simultaneously
