About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for North American retail locations, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Support high-volume, multi-location hiring for Sales Associates, Operations, and Store Leadership roles.
  • Partner with Regional Directors and Store Leaders to prioritize requisitions and align staffing with business needs.
  • Execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for store and studio roles while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and web-based tools to drive recruitment efficiency and visibility.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to communicate company culture, values, and employee experience to prospective talent.
  • Guide hiring managers through structured interviewing, selection decisions, and compliance responsibilities.
  • Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics and requisition status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, specifically within retail, high-volume, or multi-location environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and web-based recruiting tools.
  • Solid understanding of North American employment laws and recruiting compliance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for luxury, consumer-facing, or customer experience-driven brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and guide leaders without direct authority.
