Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for a variety of roles including engineering, product, customer success, and operations
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Ensure a smooth and exceptional candidate experience
• Drive local recruiting presence by engaging with local markets, events, and networks
• Promote Rad AI’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent
• Track and report on recruiting metrics to improve strategy and operations
• Collaborate with the People Team to improve operational processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience across various functions
• Experience with multiple runs at tech startups
• Proven success hiring both technical and non-technical positions
• Strong understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle
• Experience with Ashby applicant tracking system
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Must have and maintain US work authorization
