Recruiter - Public Transport

Responsibilities

• Manage your own candidate pool and drive intake for bus driver training programs
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the selection process
• Collaborate closely with a large team to meet shared hiring targets
• Deliver a positive, people-focused candidate experience for career switchers

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree
• Ready for your 1st or 2nd career step in recruitment
• Proactive, target-driven self-starter with a growth mindset
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
• Available for at least 32 hours per week
• Strong interpersonal skills to support candidates through a major career change
