Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across any function including engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and finance
• Flex between requisitions and reprioritize quickly as company needs shift
• Stand up sourcing strategies for unfamiliar or first-of-their-kind roles
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops, and SLAs
• Craft crisp outreach and a high-touch candidate experience
• Maintain ATS hygiene and track conversion data to iterate on processes

Requirements

• Versatile, full-cycle recruiter with experience hiring across multiple functions
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to build sourcing plans from scratch
• High-agency and adaptable to changing business priorities
• Creative sourcer with a strong network and persistence
• Data- and process-minded with experience tracking recruitment metrics
• Track record at fast-growing startups, ideally within the NYC ecosystem
