Recruiter, Operations

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field/trades roles and mid-level operations positions
• Manage a complex requisition load, prioritizing across roles of varying urgency and volume
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive proactive solutions
• Advise hiring teams with market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and labor availability
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers through structured intake and process influence
• Coach hiring managers and interviewers on effective evaluation techniques
• Contribute to broader recruiting team initiatives and projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven ability to balance high-volume hiring with specialized searches
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
• Ability to use recruiting metrics to identify trends and inform decisions
• Experience leveraging AI tools for sourcing and market research
• Ability to work autonomously with limited direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Single-Family Rental (SFR), proptech, or property management sectors
• Experience scaling recruitment in high-growth startup environments
• Background in managing high-volume, multi-geography sourcing strategies
