Responsibilities

• Support hiring across G&A and business functions, including People, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, Design, Communications and Operations across the US and Europe.
• Source proactively and creatively, tapping into diverse talent pools across corporate, scale-up, and high-performance environments.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on role design, organisational needs, and hiring prioritisation.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the quality and integrity of our brand.
• Use data to track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience hiring G&A or business function talent in high-growth or complex environments
• Proven success hiring talent from top-performing companies, scale-ups, or mission-driven organisations
• Strong sourcing capabilities with a creative, research-led approach
• Highly autonomous and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-context environments
• Excellent communicator with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and influence hiring strategy
