Recruiter - Manufacturing Positions

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing positions, acting as a consultative partner to hiring leaders.
• Lead job scope meetings to determine position specifications and provide market data recommendations.
• Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against requirements and manage the interview process.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans to build talent pipelines.
• Articulate value propositions to candidates and manage the offer negotiation process.
• Provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and activities to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for effective sourcing.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and talent acquisition metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
