Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Mechanical Engineering, Operations, and GTM roles across multiple geographies
• Partner directly with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial leadership to define role requirements and align hiring strategies
• Drive strategic recruiting initiatives to strengthen team capability and accelerate hiring velocity
• Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing, industry mapping, and proactive engagement
• Leverage funnel data and insights to identify bottlenecks and improve process efficiency

Requirements

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical, engineering, operations, or GTM roles
• Proven success running complex, specialized searches in Mechanical Engineering, Field Operations, or Commercial roles
• Ability to advise hiring managers on market dynamics, leveling, and calibration
• Exceptional communication skills to build trust with candidates and senior leaders
• Highly organized and data-driven approach to prioritization
