Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Mechanical Engineering, Operations, and GTM roles across multiple geographies
- Partner directly with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial leadership to define role requirements and align hiring strategies
- Drive strategic recruiting initiatives to strengthen team capability and accelerate hiring velocity
- Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing, industry mapping, and proactive engagement
- Leverage funnel data and insights to identify bottlenecks and improve process efficiency
Requirements
- 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical, engineering, operations, or GTM roles
- Proven success running complex, specialized searches in Mechanical Engineering, Field Operations, or Commercial roles
- Ability to advise hiring managers on market dynamics, leveling, and calibration
- Exceptional communication skills to build trust with candidates and senior leaders
- Highly organized and data-driven approach to prioritization
