About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end operational and strategic recruitment process for local markets
- Create job ads, conduct proactive candidate searches, screening, and interviews
- Perform reference checks and feedback sessions
- Build strong relationships with sales and delivery managers
- Support candidates throughout their entire journey, including post-placement handholding
- Identify and develop new sourcing channels for potential candidates
Requirements
- Native proficiency (C1 level) in one of the following: Norwegian, Dutch, Swedish, German, or Danish
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level)
- Deep understanding of the culture and mentality of the target language markets
- Ability to use social media effectively as a recruitment tool
- Willingness to use personal social media profiles for work purposes
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales
- Experience working in an international environment
- Experience living abroad
