Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle searches for engineering, product, operations, and business roles
- Manage 4-6 concurrent searches from initial outreach to offer close
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, boolean searches, and referrals
- Maintain clean ATS data and follow recruiting playbooks
- Partner with hiring managers to run structured kickoffs and set process expectations
- Evaluate candidates rigorously to maintain a high hiring bar
Requirements
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup, tech company, or staffing agency
- Proactive sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong follow-through with candidates and hiring managers
