Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches for engineering, product, operations, and business roles
• Manage 4-6 concurrent searches from initial outreach to offer close
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, boolean searches, and referrals
• Maintain clean ATS data and follow recruiting playbooks
• Partner with hiring managers to run structured kickoffs and set process expectations
• Evaluate candidates rigorously to maintain a high hiring bar

Requirements

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup, tech company, or staffing agency
• Proactive sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong follow-through with candidates and hiring managers
