About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across multiple business units
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting technical talent in a multi-site global organization
- Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and candidate assessment standards are met
- Create recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active talent through cold calling, data mining, and diversity initiatives
- Execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, social media, and other web-based tools to build talent pipelines
- Develop, report, and present recruitment performance metrics and market trends to the senior leadership team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science
- 3-5 years of corporate full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Proven experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) recruitment
- Expertise in complex web search string generation and optimized use of Boolean operators
- Proficiency in traditional web sourcing techniques such as site x-ray and targeted community searching
- Extensive knowledge of technical sourcing platforms including GitHub and Stack Overflow
- Strong understanding of software engineering trends across domains like distributed systems, mobile, and front-end engineering
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with SuccessFactors or SAP is a plus
