Recruiter II, Field Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring demands for field teams
• Proactively source and identify passive and non-passive candidates through networking and modern recruiting technologies
• Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including requisition posting, interviewing, and delivering offer recommendations
• Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance on fair and consistent candidate selection methods
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure an exceptional experience
• Maintain accurate candidate workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community engagement initiatives to strengthen the employer brand
• Utilize recruiting and market data to inform decision-making and process improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
• At least 1 year of experience in sourcing and interviewing
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and managing structured workflows
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills across messaging, phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through multiple channels

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience
