Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely feedback.
• Advise leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate negotiation strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruiting practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience specifically within the software industry.
• Deep understanding of SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Experience recruiting for global teams.
• Familiarity with specialized recruiting agencies and talent communities.
