Recruiter- HR Organizational Development

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, review, and update job descriptions for all departments and positions
• Conduct job analysis through interviews, questionnaires, and coordination with department heads
• Maintain and organize the company’s job description database and organizational charts
• Support organizational design, restructuring initiatives, and competency frameworks
• Ensure alignment of job descriptions with grading structures, HR policies, and UAE Labour Law
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify role requirements and workforce needs
• Participate in performance management and KPI development processes
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation related to OD initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Organizational Development or HR Operations
• Proven experience in preparing and developing job descriptions
• Strong knowledge of organizational structure and job evaluation methodologies
• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills

• Experience in competency mapping and workforce planning
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
