Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of positions across multiple North American locations, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership to define talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate ATS records and ensuring process compliance.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to share market intelligence and support continuous process enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience hiring for skilled labor, unskilled labor, technical, and professional roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills to manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to travel up to 10–20% as needed.
• Ability to work fully onsite on a regular basis.
