Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle of recruitment and talent acquisition to fill vacant positions in a timely manner
• Foster proactive relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates through high-level customer service
• Conduct intake interviews with Hiring Managers to confirm role requirements and sourcing strategies
• Build diverse applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, and media outlets
• Manage and maintain organizational job descriptions and ensure accurate, timely postings
• Evaluate applicants, perform pre-screen contacts, and assist with interview scheduling
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate with the Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
• Participate in community outreach events, such as job fairs, to attract talent

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role
• Strong knowledge of HR and employment laws, regulations, and best practices
• Expert-level proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (UKG preferred)
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated programs
• Excellent professional communication skills for interacting with all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry recruitment experience
• SHRM, HRCI, or other related HR certifications
