Recruiter, GTM

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing leadership to design and execute hiring strategies for brand, growth, product marketing, and communications functions
• Develop recruiting strategies to identify and hire marketing leaders and specialized talent
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns for B2B, enterprise SaaS, and technical product marketing roles
• Lead structured, high-quality interview processes to assess expertise and alignment with company values
• Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and hiring velocity

Requirements

• BS in Business Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing recruiting
• Proven track record of hiring marketing leaders and specialized talent
• Strong business partnership and stakeholder influence skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical product marketing roles
• Experience hiring marketing professionals in a startup or hypergrowth environment
• Experience recruiting for automotive, trucking, construction, mining, or defense domains
