Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy sourcing strategies, screen, and assess candidates for open positions at all levels
• Manage full life cycle recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and offer management
• Identify and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and close top technical talent
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and job requirements in ATS
• Partner with HR generalists regarding onboarding and interview scheduling
• Manage hiring manager expectations and improve interviewing capabilities
• Nurture future hires and build a strong talent pipeline

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry
