FuriosaAI is a semiconductor company building a new type of AI chip for data centers and enterprise customers. Its mission is to build a hardware and software stack that makes AI computing sustainable, giving everyone on Earth access to powerful AI.

Responsibilities

• Architect the US Talent Engine by designing and scaling recruitment processes, ATS optimization, and interview frameworks
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all US hires to build a robust pipeline of high-impact talent
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to US and Global business leaders to define roles and calibrate market compensation
• Cultivate FuriosaAI’s employer brand within the Silicon Valley ecosystem and AI infrastructure space

Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Solid understanding of the semiconductor or AI hardware ecosystem
• Strong sourcing skills for passive candidate engagement
• Ability to build processes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Cross-cultural communication skills for working across APAC time zones
