About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate on-campus recruitment strategy for graduate and internship opportunities in the Trading department
- Identify talent across the APAC region by understanding core business requirements
- Schedule interviews, facilitate assessments, and maintain candidate communication
- Plan and represent the firm at career fairs, info-sessions, and competitions
- Perform active sourcing and market mapping using social media and other venues
- Collaborate with global Recruitment and Communications teams on employer branding
- Support experienced replacement hires across Trading and Business Support
- Work on global recruitment projects to drive efficiencies
- Identify and drive improvements to hiring strategies using data and market insights
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in campus and experienced recruitment
- Mandatory experience executing tailored marketing campaigns
- Essential in-house recruitment experience
- Advantageous experience with Trading or Global Markets recruitment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking skills for developing campus strategies
