Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Champion the entire candidate journey from initial contact through to onboarding
• Create role advertisements and collaborate with development teams to update job descriptions
• Actively source and approach potential candidates for priority roles and specific skill sets
• Manage the careers inbox and conduct initial screenings to discuss role suitability
• Arrange and schedule interviews, assisting hiring managers with the interview process
• Liaise with operations and senior leadership to ensure smooth integration for new starters
• Research and implement new ways to increase studio visibility and attract talent
• Support the HR manager with personnel administration, including contracts and NDAs
• Create and present recruitment reports to the senior leadership team

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience
• Previous administration experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize workload, and work independently under pressure
• Experience creating and managing systems within a growing company environment
• Strong organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail
• Confidence in liaising with C-suite and director-level team members

• Experience in recruitment specifically within the gaming industry
• Experience in customer service roles
• Experience managing small to medium-sized teams
• Experience running operations in a remote environment
• Experience creating professional presentations and reports
