Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Champion the entire candidate journey from initial contact through to onboarding
• Create role advertisements and collaborate with development teams to update job descriptions
• Actively source and approach potential candidates for priority roles and specific skill sets
• Manage the careers inbox, triage applications, and conduct initial screenings
• Arrange and schedule interviews, assisting hiring managers with the interview process
• Liaise with operations, senior leadership, and producers to ensure smooth integration for new starters
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
• Research and implement new ways to increase studio visibility and attract talent
• Manage the recruitment pipeline and associated administrative tasks
• Support the HR manager with personnel administration, including contracts and NDAs
• Represent Flix at industry events and build relationships with educational institutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience
• Previous administration experience
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to self-manage, prioritise workload, and work independently under pressure
• Experience creating and managing systems within a growing company environment
• High degree of organisation, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Excellent people skills with the ability to influence and build alliances
• Confidence in liaising with C-suite and director-level team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment specifically within the gaming industry
• Experience in a customer service role
• Experience managing small to medium-sized teams
• Experience running operations remotely
• Experience creating professional presentations and reports
