Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting cycles with a focus on early-career and entry-level hires
• Source and engage high-potential candidates, including new grads and professionals with 1–3 years of experience
• Conduct a high volume of daily candidate screens while maintaining a consistent and positive candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to plan hiring strategies, manage priorities, and deliver results
• Monitor recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
• Act as an employer brand ambassador through outreach campaigns and referral initiatives
• Experiment with modern recruiting tools, including automation and AI-assisted sourcing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
• Proven experience with high-volume hiring
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics to optimize workflows
• High attention to detail regarding data management and candidate handoffs

• Experience with sourcing automation tools
• Experience with employer branding initiatives
• Experience with outreach personalization techniques
