Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting cycles with a focus on early-career and entry-level hires
• Source and engage high-potential candidates to build robust pipelines for Sales and Operations roles
• Conduct a high volume of candidate screens daily while maintaining a consistent candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to plan hiring strategies, manage priorities, and deliver results
• Monitor recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
• Serve as an employer brand ambassador through outreach campaigns and referral initiatives
• Experiment with modern recruiting tools, including automation and AI-assisted sourcing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
• Experience with high-volume hiring
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage parallel processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with comfort working with recruiting metrics
• Experience with sourcing automation tools or employer branding initiatives
